All in all this is one of the best two bed flats we’ve had on our books for a while. Here’s why: The quality of the building (with particular reference to the finish) is superb. The spec is very high and includes a lift serving all floors, video entry, washer dryers, wall mounted flat screen TVs. The building is directly opposite Shoreditch park (which is nice), in the other direction you can walk to Shoreditch in 5 mins, or stumble in 10. It’s fully furnished with really decent furniture.
