An absolutely outstanding studio flat with separate kitchen and large bathroom, in a great spot (Newington Green), for a sensible price. It's in a modern well-known (and very popular) modern, secure mews style development and features: a decent sized living area with lots of room for a double bed, sofa and TV etc. It comes complete with a cool fold down bed, which greatly increases the usability of this room, however the impression of space is already pretty good as this room is particularly light on account of big windows and skylights.
